i really loved the attention to detail, berry tea and sweets are available . linen, crockery and cutlery choices are superb! the rooms are well appointed and provide restful sleep. service and hospitality were excellent!
this townhouse was separate from the hotel by a 10 min walk, and arriving late after traveling for a few hours was not ideal.

This was my first time at this hotel. The staff provided a cute atmosphere. I would come back again. The hotel maintains cleanliness, and the free parking was helpful. I also found a cozy lounge with a fireplace adding to its charm.
I found the hot water a little lukewarm during peak hours one evening. It was only a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, the stay met expectations.

I received a wonderful upgrade to a suite upon my arrival. It was a GORGEOUS room. I checked in early and the process was very quick, I got my room immediately. John, working overnight at the reception desk, was an absolute gem! I had a last minute transport change, he helped me sort it out and graciously brought me tea. I love to stay here! The restaurant is great and the staff is wonderful.
The walls seemed a little thin, I could hear some noise.
